Rental Property Division
When replacing flooring in rental properties, there is a delicate balance between cost efficiency and durability. We offer products designed with the landlord in mind — and we have the experience to back it up.
Why We’re Different
Our team brings 38+ years of combined experience in the rental flooring industry, with the knowledge and understanding to create a streamlined ordering experience that works for property owners and managers.
Our company is fully insured and has the manpower to tackle multiple jobs per day. We designed our business from the beginning to have substantially lower overhead than our competitors — and that savings passes directly to you.
We understand that rental tenants do not always care for a property the way an owner would. That’s exactly why we stock products specifically engineered for the demands of rental use.

Our non-interlocking luxury vinyl plank was specifically designed for rental properties. As we all know, rental tenants don’t always give flooring the care they would in their own home.
When you install a laminate or other interlocking (floating) floor in a rental property, you are doing yourself a disservice. If a tenant scratches or damages just one plank, the only way to replace it is to remove the entire floor until you reach the damaged board — because laminate and floating floors interlock in both directions, so you can’t simply remove one plank.
Our rental LVP offers the same beautiful look and durability, but is also designed to make replacing a damaged plank a simple process that anyone can do in under 2 minutes. The secret is in our new 5-times pressure-sensitive adhesive, engineered to provide a powerful hold and an easy release when needed. Now you can replace just a few planks without replacing the entire floor.
When replacing carpet in a rental property, why spend money on anything over an 18–25 oz. carpet? We offer 12 neutral color carpet options at a low price, specifically chosen for rental applications.
Some of our carpet selections are even designed to easily hide stains — with multi-neutral colored fibers embedded throughout the carpet that conceal everyday wear.
You’ll also find that our carpet padding is priced well below the competition, making your full installed cost even more attractive.
We carry several sheet vinyl options that were specifically designed to last in rental environments. All of our vinyl flooring features a “scratch-back” top coat to prevent yellowing from asphalt residue that may be present on the soles of shoes — a common issue in rental properties.
Every vinyl we carry also has an antimicrobial backing that is resistant to mold growth, giving you peace of mind in kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry areas.
